Comedy Central’s Stand-Up Showdown…
Well, it’s that time of year again. The time Comedy Central encourages their comics to harass their fans for on-line and text voting. Hooray!! Last year, I placed 3rd in this contest. Because of that, they gave me a One Hour Special, which has already been filmed, and will air in the Spring (I will announce the official date as soon as I get it). This year, if I place well, hopefully I will get a really good air date, and more re-airings of the new special. That means more times to watch it for you! (let’s just pretend TiVo and Youtube don’t exist for a moment). Seriously though, the top 20 vote getters will have their half-hour special aired on Jan. 31st in a countdown to number one. A lot of people watch this stand-up marathon every year, and placing well last year introduced me to a lot more fans. So, please help!!
