Hello Northern Cali comedy fans. I should’ve posted something a long time ago about this, but, well, I was lazy. I had an amazing time in South Africa from July 18th to August 16th at the Nando’s International Comedy Festival. I spent my first two weeks at the Monte Casino in Johannesburg, the third week in Durban performing at the the ICC arena, and my final week in Cape Town performing at the Baxter Theater. Ironically, in South Africa, I got to know a lot of great comics who, like me, live in LA. Theo Von, Michael Loftus, Mark Curry, Steve Byrne, Mark Eddie, Greg Behrendt, and Pablo Francisco were all really funny, and, super cool to hang out with. I owe all of you some pictures. I also got to work with a really cool dude/super funny Australian comic, Dave Thorton, and, some fantastic people/South African comics – Ndumiso Lindi, Loyiso Gola, Lindzy Msimang, and Nik Rabinowitz. The Hunta Live production crew was incredible, the band was amazing, and I really want to thank the South African comedy fans who attended the shows for giving me some of the best performances of my career.
