So much stuff…

Okay, lots of news today.  First, I have two shows left in Indianapolis, tonight, March 12th – one at 8PM, and one at 10:30PM, at Crackers Comedy Club (downtown location). It’s been a great week so far, working with the very funny Erin Jackson, and, I hope it ends well.

Also, I’ll be back on Blue Collar Radio, with my show, You’re Welcome, on Sirius 103/XM 148, live,  from 3-4 Pacific Coast Time this Monday, March 14th. (adjust accordingly for your own time zone).  Lucky bastard Doug Mellard, my co-host, will be performing at the South-by-Southwest Festival in Austin, Texas.  Doug will be calling in, and you can too at 1 888 692-5831. (888 My Blue 103).  Joining me in the studio will be Tom Saunders, a very successful writer and producer based in Los Angeles who has worked on everything from News Radio to Arrested Development.  The show will be dedicated to the relief efforts for people affected by the devastating earthquake and tsunami in Japan (you can donate to those efforts at either www.savethechildren.org/japanquake or at www.redcross.org).  And the theme of the show will be FUNNY stories involving people’s personal experiences with natural disasters.  So, if you’ve been involved in a natural disaster, and something funny happened, call in and share.

Then, on Thursday, March 17th, at 11:30 EST (check local listings for time), you can see me on The Daily Habit on Fuel TV. I had a lot of fun hanging out with pro-surfer Alex Gray, comics/correspondents Jordan Morris and Angie Greenup, and host Pat Parnell.  http://www.fuel.tv/thedailyhabit

Finally, this Friday and Saturday, March 18 and 19th, I’ll be performing in the $10,000 stand-up comedy competition as part of the 1st annual Gilda’s Laughfest in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  For ticket/show information, go to http://www.laughfestgr.org/ Other performers in the competition include Kyle Kinane, Lisa Landry, Lachlan Patterson, Kevin Shea, and others.  Other comics at the festival include Bill Cobsy, Kevin Hart, Mike Birbiglia, Margaret Cho, and many, many more.

Oh, and one more thing… you can now text “dan” to 50505 to get a free (normal text message rates apply) hateful greeting card send to your phone every Monday that you can forward to family and friends.  You’ll love it.

Talk soon.
